Compliance Programs
This service involves the development of a bespoke compliance program for your business, which includes all policies, procedures and training required to get it aligned with applicable data protection legislation. The fee for this package varies depending on the duration of the implementation. Generally, a program can be implemented within 3, 6 or 12 months.
Monthly Compliance Support
Our monthly support packages go beyond a general DPO-as-a-Service offering - these are more similar to having a part-time DPO in-house. Our standard packages provide different levels of monthly support depending on your business requirements, but these can also be customised at your request.
In a custom plan you can include or remove any services not currently required for your business (employee training, vendor security questionnaires, contract reviews or project work are just some examples of services that can be included or removed from your monthly plan to better fit your business and budget).
All packages (whether custom or standard) will include assistance with compliance queries over email, a data protection audit, 24/7 breach and incident support and EU Representative services, if required for businesses outside the EEA.

One-off data protection projects
We can also help with any data protection projects you may require as part of your compliance journey such as one-off training sessions, data protection audits, third party risk assessments, contractual agreements, international transfers compliance and many other similar services. Projects are charged at an hourly fee and the duration of each project will be discussed and agreed with you before the project's start.

EU Representative
EU Representatives are designated parties that can represent businesses not established in the EU in relation to their obligations under the EU GDPR. Our business is located in the EEA and this service is included with most of our packages, but can also be purchased as a standalone service for an annual fee.
